Frequent Inspections: Property welfare and security checks at least twice a week (verifying locked entries and inspecting for plumbing or electrical issues).
System Operations: Main water line management (turned on before arrival and off after departure).
Basic Upkeep: Regular air filter replacements* and debris removal (patio, porch, deck, and dock blowing).
Mail & Logistics: Secure retrieval of mail and packages from porches and receptacles.
Service Coordination: Project tracking and completion reporting (lawn care, cleaning, etc.) with photo updates upon request.
Dock Management: Regular inspection and adjustment of dock cables (if applicable).
Vendor & Repair Wait Service: Schedule and wait oversight for third-party repairs (plumber, electrician, internet, etc.) is available for $50 per occurrence (includes up to 4 hours; $20/hour thereafter).
Concierge Services
Add-on solutions to ensure a seamless, relaxing stay.
Pre-Arrival Grocery Stocking: Delivery and stocking of pre-ordered groceries in your fridge, freezer, or pantry. Starting at $50* (Specialty shop runs available upon request).
Boat Refresh: On-demand or scheduled boat wipe-downs (Pricing varies by size and frequency).
Pet Care: Dedicated pet watch and overnight sitting. Starting at $50/day or $75/night (Additional rates apply for multiple or special-needs pets).
Custom Requests: Tailored preparations including seasonal decorating or milestone celebration setups.
